The guide is currently sold only to UK customers with a UK billing address. We authorise the card and check the billing country before collecting the payment; an ineligible authorisation is cancelled and no guide is supplied. Your bank may briefly display the released authorisation. The £1.49 one-time purchase is for the UK Kitchen Buying Guide 2026, an English-language PDF e-book. The Kitchen Checklist & Planner 2026 is free for everyone without a purchase. We deliver it in a separate service email to guide buyers at no charge. The guide covers 10 suppliers and 7 worktop materials, with research dated 23 September 2026. Prices and supplier information can change. It is general information, not a personal site survey, quotation or guarantee of future prices.
Use a current PDF reader and an internet connection to download. Save the files for ongoing personal use. The planner can be completed on screen or printed on A4; fields do not calculate totals. No physical goods or ongoing subscription are supplied. Your licence is for personal use; copyright remains with Chris Renovation Ltd and the respective rights holders.
Access is provided immediately after successful payment. Delivery links are personal and valid for one year; contact us for assistance or a replacement link. Saved copies remain available to you. If delivery fails, email us with your order reference.
Before payment, you must expressly consent to immediate digital supply during the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that your cancellation right is lost once supply begins. We record that acknowledgement and repeat it in your order email. This does not affect your statutory rights if the content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet the required standards. Contact us to request a remedy or raise a complaint; we will assess it in line with your statutory rights.
