Yes. We can bring kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, carpentry, decorating and specialist services into one managed project. The scope and sequence are agreed for your property.
Can you work from plans or a designer’s specification?
Yes. Share drawings, layouts and your specification with the enquiry. We review practical requirements, access and any specialist work before confirming the scope.
Can we remain in the property during the work?
It depends on the scale and sequence of the renovation. We discuss access, dust, noise and essential facilities before agreeing the programme. For extensive works, moving out temporarily may be more practical.
How are the quote and project stages agreed?
We provide a written quotation for the agreed scope. Larger projects can be broken into phases, with timing, key deliveries and payment arrangements discussed before work starts. Changes are considered separately from the original scope.
